| Boom Mover Buggy | WORLD RECORD! - 5 November 2004
The launch of the newest product of the White Dolphin Technology range had an immediate impact! The Boom Mover Buggy designed to mechanically move the movable booms in those swimming pools fitted with one, smashed the World Record for a boom move reducing the time from 7 minutes 35 seconds to 5 minutes 17 seconds. The previous record for moving the boom at the Loughborough Pool was set by 4 lifeguards pushing the boom by hand, pushing flat out. The Boom Mover Buggy required just two lifeguards Karen Harvey and Alex Rowbottom to drive the buggies, effortlessly, knocking over two minutes off the previous best time. | | |
